It Goes Above the Shoulders

There are so many things in the world that are below your head and above that implore beauty. However, what about the beauty on your head? There are so many new designs out there that are made just for your hair. Many years ago, and where they should stay, there were scrunchies; hair bands with cute critters on them and even ribbon rapped head bands in all different colors and prints. But the head gear has come a long way from that and here are some new and more modern ideas!

The most recent addition to the head band family are these amazing metal bands. They are very new age, comfortable despite their cold look, and they are wearable in any occasion.

Next comes to the family via the bobby pin! These new, decorative, and very stylish clips can be made to go with any outfit at any time; day or night.

Now here's a new one! The head band takes a more mod look! Here you have a felt backing with stitched in beading... something that is less obvious and less showy. More for the day out at the park or a shopping spree for groceries!

Lastly my fave! The over sized stone head band! A new, yet old addition to the family. It comes from the more gaudy side of life and is meant for those special occasions, such as NEW YEARS!

Grab one, or a few, and make your head the newest canvas of your wardrobe!

What Cakes Can Do!

Wine, dresses, shoes, food, fun and friends! All of these are essentials when planning a gathering…. a PARTY! But the most important is the CAKE! A good cake can make the party even more amazing, especially when you are going for the theme type of party! Today the parties that are put into a theme setting the most are; Weddings, Christmas, New Years, Birthdays and Special Occasions such as retirement and baby showers! So how do you determine the right kind of cake for your party? Welp I have the answer!

While watching the “cake back offs” on TLC network I found some amazing designers which turned out to be locally based in ATLANTA, GA! Ashley’s cake designs took my breath away on the decorating challenges so I decided to find out how I could obtain one of these culinary masterpieces for myself! Her sight is listed on my places to follow but you will have to go there to see the cakes since her sight is right click protected so you cant copy and paste them! Also I found another food designer and listed her information below as well! Take a look at these two amazing artists!
